Apple’s curious PR problem

But this isn’t really about a bawdy dictionary. It’s about a public relations problem that has already triggered a federal investigation and now threatens to spin out of control. The problem is that Apple Inc. has two faces and the mask that hides the side that’s not so nice has started to slip. The computer and gadget-buying public sees Apple by and large as well-managed company extraordinarily attentive to its needs from Apple’s user-friendly operating systems to its legions of hand-holding retail and support staff. Apple’s suppliers know it as something quite different: a tough no-nonsense hard-bargaining client that demands total secrecy and takes no prisoners when things go wrong.

bama Clinton Helps North Korea In PR Coup
Bayou Buzz
The journalists who work for Al Gore’s television network were captured when they mistakenly entered North Korean territory while working near the border area with China. The release is being portrayed in the media as a big victory for America and a major diplomatic coup for Bill Clinton. Actually this whole event is a major public relations victory for North Korea. This regime is a brutal communist dictatorship. The dictator Kim Jong-Il is a known killer who has been developing nuclear weapons. He is a terrorist who brutalizes his own people and constantly threatens the civilized world. Several weeks ago the North Korean tyrant launched some nuclear weapons that landed harmlessly in the Pacific cean; however these tests were a major provocation.
