“We have to lay the foundation in the world and particularly in Europe in order to be able to take harsher steps against Iran especially in the economic sector” said one senior political source in Jerusalem. The new campaign to be overseen by the Foreign Ministry aims to appeal to people who are less concerned with Iran’s nuclear aspirations and more fearful of its human rights abuses and mistreatment of minorities including the gay and lesbian community.

‘The Lee County Electric Co-op (LCEC) Public Relations Team has been recognized with the top local professional award from the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association. The LCEC Public Relations Team program “Restoration on Deadline Media Workshop” stood out among 29 public relations entries from the Southwest Florida chapter and received the local Grand All Image Award in addition to an Image Award and Judges’ Award. The PR team hosted an educational workshop for media professionals providing a behind-the-scenes look at the process of restoring power and emphasizing effective communications. The workshop lessons were tested during Tropical Storm Fay and the media and LCEC scored high marks for cooperation and message clarity.
